Norma has been working in the industry since 1995. She worked in Bank of Scotland as a financial adviser from 1995 until 2013, then joined the Intrinsic Network in 2013 and joined Carnegie Asset Management in October 2014.She particularly enjoys advising clients on how to build up their wealth, either through savings and investments, or through ensuring their pension arrangements are working for them as best as they can. She also has expertise in advising clients on the many and varied types of protection available to protect themselves and/or their family or business to ensure their loved ones are looked after or their wealth or business passes on to their chosen beneficiaries. She has the Diploma for Financial Advisers – DipFA, plus the Mortgage Advisers certificate – CeMap. She very much enjoys meeting new clients, getting to know them and building up a long term relationship with them and their families. Every client is different so the job is extremely varied and interesting.

Graeme has worked in the Financial Services industry since the year 2000 and specialises in Mortgages and Mortgage Related Insurances. Graeme has full FPC status as well as all the appropriate Mortgage Advice Qualifications. Joining Carnegie Asset Management in December 2016 Graeme has the experience and knowledge to deal with all types of clients from: First time buyers, Home movers, Remortgage clients, Buy-let investors (including portfolio landlords), those looking to Self-Build their own homes and those requiring Development Finance or Commercial Finance.

Lindsey Hodge has worked within the financial industry for almost since 2015. Previously she worked within a large distillery as part of the financial team undertaking payroll, budgeting and administrative tasks before moving onto be a business development adviser for a training company. In her current position as a Protection Advisor she ensures families are protected should the worse happen. She works on a restricted basis and advise on life protection, income protection, critical illness, private medical as well as accident & sickness cover. Having worked with Carnegie Asset Management since 2015 she has increased her knowledge and skills, having completed the Financial Protection Qualification (RO5). This adds to her HNC in Business Administration and information management and she is currently studying towards her certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP).

After 9 years working abroad (mining & exploration) Duncan Campbell joined the Financial Services Industry in 1991. Training initially with Hill Samuel he worked with a few Regional and National firms, joining the current group of advisers in 2000. A geosciences graduate from Edinburgh University, he achieved the new financial services diploma in 2010.
